Center Features

Our center was designed & equipped to accommodate the very unique & diversified needs of our participants. Center features include the following:

• A fully equipped kitchen including all major appliances.

• Indoor gym which includes exercise equipment such as treadmills, stationary bicycles, ellipticals, balance balls, light free-weights, basketball hoop, air hockey table, ping-pong table & floor mats.

• Nine fully equipped activity rooms arranged to allow large group, small group & individual participation.

• An extensive instrument collection including an electric keyboard, handheld instruments, acoustic guitars & a variety of drum types used for our weekly drum circles.

• Fenced outdoor space equipped with picnic tables, gross motor equipment, bench swing & garden.

• Ramps, adaptive supports & doorways making navigation easier for participants with physical challenges. Two egresses from each area of our center for secure evacuation in case of an emergency.

• Closed captioned video monitoring for the safety of all participants & staff.

• Local access to a wide variety of community venues, making outings possible with only a quick van ride or even a short walk.
