As a corporation with more that 25 years as a NJ State employer, our agency takes great pride in the elite professionals who staff our program. Our team members are comprised of individuals who are comprehensively trained in augmentative communication, graduated guidance, positive behavior supports, crisis prevention & promoting engagement. Each staff members meets the following guidelines:

• All staff undergo regular background checks & drug screanings

• All staff maintain CPR & First Aid certification.

• Full time BCBA on staff

• Every staff member certified in crisis management and de-escalation (CPI certification).

• Staff exceed DDD annual standards for training
